Will Schultz is an intellectual property attorney at Merchant & Gould P.C. His practice focuses on Internet law and legal issues related to the decentralized web (the metaverse and NFTs).
Will grew up on a farm, moved to Spain, and came back to develop an Internet business while in college and law school. Will maintains his interests with the Internet and combines those skills with IP and technology law. He owns patents, trademarks, copyrights, and NFTs and counsels his clients through a first-hand perspective. Will is an innovator and enjoys working with his clients on the development, marketing and financial strategies associated with their products.
